Ajman Ruler Receives Participants of International Business Conference 2015

His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, expressed the hope that the International Business Conference 2015, which is being organized by the Ajman University for Science and Technology (AUST) under the theme 'Diversity and Sustainability: Challenges and Opportunities of Global Business,' would produce positive recommendations that would help devise future solutions to challenges facing the business administration.

Sheikh Humaid made the remarks during a meeting today with professors and researchers of business administration taking part in the conference and exchanged views with them on a wide range of topics related to development, education, services, and the best ways to plan bespoke training programmes to qualify Emirates human resources to run and manage development projects. In attendance were Osama Salman, Vice President of AUST, Dr. Lillian Salih, Dean of the College of Business Administration and a number of teaching and administrative staff as well as dignitaries and guests.

Sheikh Humaid received presentations from the business administration professors on experiments which their respective countries had implemented in the area of business administration so as to upgrade higher education institutions' capacities to better serve local communities.

The Ruler was also briefed on the programme of the three-day conference and the working papers and researches to be presented by the speakers.

The conference, which started yesterday and concludes tomorrow, will feature paper presentations and concurrent sessions of research papers and workshops.
