Fujairah Campus Participates in Business and Economic Conference in USA

College of Business Administration, at Ajman University of Science and Technology, Fujairah Campus participated in an International Conference of Business and Economic development organized by the UK Academy of Business and Retail Management in New York, USA.

Dr. Ahmed Zain El-Abdin, Deputy Dean, College of Business Administration at Fujairah Campus presented a paper entitled “Student’s attitude toward university service quality assurance methodology: Case Study: Ajman University of Science & Technology, UAE – Fujairah Campus”

The research discussed the importance of higher education service quality assurance which was given a lot of attention amongst those who are interested in such practice. A questionnaire survey was used as a tool to get the students feedback thus seeking to assess the student’s attitude toward university service quality programs.

The study revealed that the respondents had over all positive attitude towards the service quality programs. Implications and conclusion of the study were also presented.

The conference is one of the largest international conference in Business & Economic Development and witnessed an overwhelming participation from over 150 researchers from twenty-five countries, including USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland, South Africa, Greece, Nigeria and UAE. 56 scientific research papers were presented in eight parallel sessions. Four keynote speakers introduced the latest advances concepts in Business & Economic Developments.
