CBA Dean Speaks at International Conference on COVID-19

Acting Dean Akinola Fadahunsi was an invited speaker at a recent international conference on “Covid-19 Impact on Private Higher Education Sector”. Organized by Rana University, Kabul, Afghanistan on October 7th, the conference featured presentations and discussion by academic leaders from the Association for the Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and 28 Higher Education Institutions around the world including American University of Beirut, Lebanon, Boston University, USA, Istanbul Aydin University, Turkey among many others. Speakers highlighted regional dimensions of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their institutions and the broader higher education sector. They also shared strategies for emerging from the aftermath of the pandemic. The conference was moderated by Dr Shafiullah Naimi, Chancellor of Rana University and President of the Association of Private Universities and Institutes of Higher Education in Afghanistan (APUIHEA).
