Dr. Maria holds a PhD in Management from University of Liverpool and International Academy of Management and Economics .She is an exceptional educator offering more than two decades’ experience in teaching, research and community outreach initiatives. A result-focused and effectual professional who had the opportunity the Case Method Teaching Seminar at Harvard University and presented papers in Cambridge and Oxford University respectively.Received several awards and commendations from different entities.She garnered the Best Abstract Award in Business in an International Research Conference on 2016 and Best Paper Award with her co -authors twice on 2015. She was a nominee for the Oxford Journal Top 50 Global Educators Award.
