Field Trip to Ajman Court by Business Law Students

Dr. Khoshnevisan, Associate Professor of Finance at the College of Business Administration arranged a field trip for Business Law students to Ajman Court during the first week of November 2014. In this short visit, the Honourable Justice of the Court elucidated various aspects of personal jurisdiction, litigation, trials and appeals. His Honor further provided some brief information in relation to procedural law, procedural due process, elements of a case brief, and arbitration process.
